Business Broker Permit course

A business broker permit attaches to an existing real estate license and per Nevada law enables the holder of the permit the opportunity to 'while acting for another and for compensation or with the intention or expectation of receiving compensation:

1.  Sell, exchange, option, purchase, rent or lease a business that is sold, exchanged, optioned, purchased, rented or leased as part of an interest or estate in real property;

2.  Negotiate or offer, attempt or agree to negotiate the sale, exchange, option, purchase, rental or lease of a business that is or is intended to be sold, exchanged, optioned, purchased, rented or leased as part of an interest or estate in real property; or

3.  List or solicit prospective purchasers of a business if a component of the listing or solicitation is an interest or estate in real property.'

ABC Real Estate School offers the specialized Business Broker Permit education. The course comes with online access to all course materials. A hard-copy workbook can be added for an additional fee.
