This courses is a broker-upgrade course, designed for individuals who are applying for either a Broker or Broker-Salesperson's license and have not completed all of the 64-credit hours of the required education; either through experience or education.

This course fulfills the educational requirement. ABC Real Estate School also includes access to refresher information so students can prepare for the state-sponsored exam, if they are upgrading their license. This course can be completed in a minimum of 3-days or a maximum of 9-months.
