Nevada distinguishes between Post-licensing and Continuing Education. These are continuing education course packages used to renew a Nevada real estate license. These packages consist of all of the required topics. 18-hours of the 36-hours of required education needs to be completed live.
Requirement- 36-hours total that includes 3 ethics, 3 agency, 3 law & leg, 6 contracts, 3 risk reduction. Brokers also need 6 broker mgmt. Property mgmt permit holders need 9 prop mgmt and business broker permit holders need 3 business broker.
Live classroom is not included.
