Nevada Salesperson to Broker-Salesperson:

1) Complete a Broker Management Course. (Contact us!  We have an online course.)

2)  Pass the Nevada Broker's exam. (Contact us! We include a refresher course with the broker management course.)

3) Show proof of 64 college credits either by experience (2 years full-time, verified experience = 16 college credits) or education.

Nevada Broker-Salesperson to Broker:  Link to Broker Requirements

2)  Gather Credit Report and Financials

3)  Open an office at a Nevada commercial location.
