For Pre-licensing Courses: What is our Refund/Cancellation Policy?

You have a maximum of 1-year to complete these courses (including completion of the final examination).

Refund requests received in writing, during the first 60% of any course (8 days for 90, 4 days for 45 hour and 2 days for Nevada Law) will receive a prorated refund, less a $70 material fee ($299 - $70 = $229 tuition). The material fee is non-refundable. No refund will be given after the student has completed over 60% of the course. If, for any reason, ABC Real Estate School cancels the course, a full refund will be made.

Example: Sandy enrolled in our 4-week program, at $299, on July 1 and canceled in writing at the end of I week, July 7. Sandy attended 25% of the program (1/4 weeks = 25%), and her refund would be calculated as follows:

Tuition $ 299.00

material fee -70.00

($399.00-$70.00) X 25% - 57.25

Refund to Sandy $171.75

For Continuing Education Courses: What is our Refund/Cancellation Policy?

You have a maximum of 1-year to complete these courses (including completion of the final examination). If not completely satisfied, please return your course to ABC within 48 hours of purchase for full refund.
