We have a great continuing education package and are very excited to offer it!  The courses are new, self-written, easy to read, and informative. We are good at this! :-) 

15-hours: Online $49.
45-hours: Online $79.

All continuing education is read by the student at his/her own pace. Access is not timed. Each course is found in a 'pdf' file and can either be read from the student's computer monitor or from a workbook (if hard-copy materials are ordered). It can be fully completed on the student's home computer - including completion of the final exam.

Upon ordering (either by phone, or on the Web), the student is provided with a user name and password, giving the student immediate and instant access to the material at any time of the day or night. An email with this information is also sent to the student.

The 45-hour course takes 9-days to complete (including completion of the final exam). The course itself can be completed within 6 days and the final exams need to be split over 3 days. The day that it is ordered counts towards the time.

The 15-hour course takes 3-days to complete (including completion of the final exam). The course itself can be completed within 2 days and the final exams can be taken on the 3rd day. The day that it is ordered counts towards the time.

The material is up-to-date, completely online, easy-to-read, practical, and satisfies the DRE continuing education requirements for renewal.

(Real estate first-time renewal licensees with a salespersons (not brokers) license who were licensed before 10/1/2007 only need the 15-hour package. All other licensees need 45-hours.) Click here for DRE renewal information.
