Time Share Sales Agent Course
($129 online or $149 correspondence (online access and hard-copy materials))
ABC Real Estate School offers specialized Time-Share Sales Agent License education. This 14-hour pre-licensing course can be completed by any delivery method including distance education; prior to coming to Nevada, or within Nevada. It enables the holder of the license the opportunity to sell new time-shares for a Project Broker and Developer.
Real Estate License
A real estate license offers the holder the option of choosing between time-share sales, new-home sales and listings, resale-home sales and listings, commercial leasing, commercial sales, commercial listings, property management (after adding an additional permit) and business brokerage (after adding an additional permit that we offer). This 90-hour pre-licensing course can be completed by any delivery method including distance education; prior to coming to Nevada, or within Nevada.
