Real Estate School
Conditional salesperson licenses were only issued to
individuals who completed Real Estate Principles
and qualified for the license prior to October 1, 2007.
Within 18 months of the license issuance date, salespersons
issued conditional licenses must submit evidence
(transcripts) to the Division of Real Estate (DRE) indicating successful completion of
the other two required education courses which must include
Real Estate Practice and one
additional course offered at ABC Real Estate School from the following list:
- Real Estate Appraisal
- Property Management
- Real Estate Finance
- Real Estate Economics
- Legal Aspects of Real Estate
- Escrows
- Mortgage Loan Brokering and Lending
