Individuals who possess real estate licenses must take accredited continuing education courses to renew their licenses.  They need to take 30-hours of continuing education training (by any delivery method) or 30-hours of post-licensing live-classroom training for their 1st 1-year renewal - or 24-hours of continuing education for each subsequent renewal.  If they take continuing education, they need to at least 12-hour which are devoted to ethics, contracts, agency, Nevada Law and broker-management if a broker or broker-salesperson. 

We specialize in distance education courses, we don't offer post-licensing training - only continuing education.  

24-hour students need to spend a minimum of 3 days, and a maximum of 1 year on each 24-hours of continuing education.  Each 24-hour course requires the student to complete a hand-in-quiz and a final examination.  Students must obtain 75%. 

30-hour students need to spend a minimum of 4 days, and a maximum of 1 year on each 30-hours of continuing education.  Each 30-hour course requires the student to complete a hand-in-quiz and a final examination.  Students must obtain 75%. 

48-hour students need to spend a minimum of 6 days, and a maximum of 1 year on each 48-hours of continuing education.  Each 48-hour course requires the student to complete a hand-in-quiz and a final examination.  Students must obtain 75%.

• Take both a 40-question and a 35-question final exam.
