Continuing Education required after a first renewal is 24-hours that must include agency, legislative update, contracts, ethics (and broker management if you are licensed as a broker or broker-salesperson). Our 24-hour continuing education package includes all of the required courses (Agency, Legislative Update, Contracts, Ethics and Broker Management). (It is the correct package for salespeople, broker-salespeople and brokers).

The continuing education requirement for a 4 year license (started being issued July 1, 2011) is changing. Continuing education must be completed every 2 years. The continuing education requirement to renew a 2 year license (issued before July 1, 2011) did not change.

•  Can be completed in 3 days (the day that you order is the 1st day),

•  Sells for $149 online or $169 online with a hard copy workbook,

•  Is approximately 400 pages,

•  Has a 40 question final exam,

•  Can include a free property management permit education continuing education course.
